(โฮมเบเกอรี่)ซึ่งเป็นการสอนนักศึกษาหลักสูตรอนุปริญญาการอาหาร 2 ปี ที่มีการเรียนการสอนทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ   ต่อมาได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหลักสูตรการเรียน2ปี ทำให้การสอนต้องยุติลง รวมไปถึงการสอนการทำขนมให้กับนักศึกษาพิเศษอีกด้วย   แต่ด้วยความที่ใจรักและอยากได้ประสบการณ์แม้โครงการจะยุติลง แต่อ.วันเพ็ญก็ให้โอกาสและเป็นการสร้างรายได้ให้กับนักศึกษาได้ทำงานเพื่อสร้างรายได้เพราะเด็กหลายคนมีฝีมือดี
