ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาการให้บริการด้านเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทัพหลวง อ.หนองหญ้าไซ จ.สุพรรณบุรี ได้แก่ ควรมีการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายที่กำหนด ควรพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้งานใหม่ๆ ควรพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ทางทฤษฎีเพียงพอในการปฏิบัติงาน และควรพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
