ข้อ 3 ผู้ยืมรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง น้ำมันหล่อลื่น รวมทั้ง ค่าซ่อม และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆทั้งหมด
ข้อ 4 ผู้ยืมจะต้อง ขับรถอย่างระมัดระวัง เพื่อมิให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่รถยนต์และผู้โดยสารและบุคคลภายนอก
ข้อ 5 ในกรณีที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุในระหว่างการเดินทาง ผู้ยืมยินยอมรับผิดชอบชดใช้ค่าเสียหายที่เกิดกับรถยนต์ และผู้โดยสารและบุคคลภายนอกตามที่เรียกร้องทุกประการ
ข้อ 6.ถ้าผู้ให้ยืมต้องการรถยนต์ที่ให้ยืมคืนเมื่อใด ผู้ยืมต้องรีบนำรถยนต์ส่งคืนพร้อมด้วยเครื่องอุปกรณ์ตามสภาพเดิม ซึ่งไม่มีชำรุดเสียหายใดๆ ทันที เมื่อผู้ให้ยืมได้รับรถยนต์และเครื่องอุปกรณ์ตรวจถูกต้องไม่มีการชำรุดเสียหายอย่างใดแล้ว ต้องคืนหลักประกันตามข้อ 1.ที่วางประกันให้ผู้ยืมไป
สัญญานี้ได้ตกลงทำขึ้นสองฉบับ มีข้อความตรงกัน ทั้งผู้ยืมและผู้ให้ยืมต่างถือไว้คนละฉบับ และยินยอม ตกลงตามสัญญานี้ต่อหน้าพยาน โดยลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญ
