เมื่อข้าพเจ้าทำงานที่ บมจ.ธนาคารกรุงไทย ข้าพเจ้าทำงานในตำแหน่ง Relationships manager มีหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบดังนี้
1. ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อกำหนดกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
2. ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย เพื่อวางแผนด้านการตลาด สินเชื่อและบริการทุกประเภทของธนาคาร รวมทั้งพันธมิตรธนาคารให้สอดคล้องกับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
3. นำเสนอสินเชื่อและบริการทุกประเภทของธนาคาร รวมทั้งพันธมิตรธุรกิจธนาคารให้แก่ลูกค้าเดิม พร้อมทั้งแสวงหาลูกค้าใหม่ เพื่อรักษาและขยายส่วนแบ่งตลาด
4. สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า โดยติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวและออกเยี่ยมลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ พร้อมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำด้านการเงิน การลงทุน การขายผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทุกประเภท รวมทั้งเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้าแบบครบวงจร โดยประสานงานกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญของหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบในเรื่องผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการแต่ละประเภทของธนาคาร เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าและส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อธนาคาร
5. เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขต่างๆ เพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์ของธนาคาร
