ถ้าไม่มีการเริ่มต้นซื้อขายไฟฟ้าภายในวัน SCOD ให้ถือว่าศัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้าสิ้นสุดลง เว้นแต่กรณีเป็นเหตุสุดวิสัยตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้า
