พนักงานต้องยื่นใบลาล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน เมื่อบริษัทอนุญาตแล้วจึงจะหยุดงานเพื่อการดังกล่าวได้ โดยพนักงานจะได้มีสิทธิได้รับค่าจ้างตามปกติ ไม่เกิน 2 วัน/ปี หรือตามดุลยพินิจของผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยตรง
