๓.๑ ถ้าให้ลูกจ้างทำงานเกินเวลาทำงานปกติในวันทำงาน ลูกจ้างจะต้องได้รับค่าล่วงเวลาในอัตรา

ก. ไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งเท่าครึ่งของอัตราค่าจ้างต่อชั่วโมงในวันทำงานตามจำนวนชั่วโมงที่ทำ หรือ
