การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการเลือกใช้บริการสินเชื่อของลูกค้าธนาคารกสิกรไทยในจังหวัดเชียงราย 2) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการใช้บริการสินเชื่อของลูกค้าธนาคารกสิกรไทยในจังหวัดเชียงราย ประชากร คือ ลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการสินเชื่อจากธนาคารกสิกรไทยในจังหวัดเชียงรายที่ได้รับอนุมัติสินเชื่อในช่วงเดือน มกราคม ถึงเดือน มีนาคม 2559 จำนวน 185 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตาราง Krejcie & Morgan ที่จำนวนประชากร 190 คน ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% (0.05) ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เท่ากับ 127 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test และ F-test
