หากผู้ซื้อได้ดำเนินการทำลายสินค้าตามวรรคก่อนแล้ว และผู้ขายไม่มีเงินค่าสินค้าที่ผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระให้แก่ผู้ขายคงเหลืออยู่กับผู้ซื้อ กรณีนี้ผู้ขายตกลงชำระค่าเสียหาย และหรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้ซื้อให้แก่ผู้ซื้อจนครบถ้วนทั้งหมดภายใน 15 (สิบห้า) วันนับจากวันที่ผู้ซื้อได้แจ้งให้แก่ผู้ขายทราบ
