ศึกษาเรื่อง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค และคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตร กรณีศึกษา : แรงงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค และคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตร ทำการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตรในธุรกิจค้าปลีก ศึกษาโดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sample) และใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สมัครใจที่จะตอบแบบสอบถามซึ่งได้รับแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์กลับคืนมา 65 ชุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงที่มีบุตร ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.001) และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง r= 0.554 เมื่อวิเคราะห์ในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงในด้านจิตในระดับค่อนข้างสูงโดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.676 และความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงในด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.441 และสุดท้าย ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิงในด้านร่างกายและด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.364 และ 0.342 ตามลำดับ การศึกษาครั้งนี้นำไปใช้เพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคและคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานหญิง รวมถึงนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรที่มีความเหมาะสมกับองค์การ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้องค์การประสบความสำเร็จได้ตามเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลมากขึ้น
