ผลการประเมินที่ไม่ได้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายได้มีการจัดทำ NCR เพื่อแก้ไขและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดขึ้นซ้ำ โดยแผนกQSMSจะส่งให้ผู้รับผิดชอบตอบแก้ไขและติดตามผลการปฏิบัติการแก้ไขและป้องกันจนเสร็จสิ้น

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:
