Dear Sir/Madam I have been to your store in ban Ta Kun many times and had no real problems, but in the last few weeks i have had several problems. On one occasion I wanted potatoes and had them weighed only to find that they were priced wrong. Another occasion I was waiting for at least 5 minutes to pay for my items and my wife had to tell the cashier to stop talking to her friends (there were no other customers in-front of us) And today I wanted to purchase some small minced pork as there was only large mince we asked the butcher woman could she put it through the machine one more time please...the answer was a flat NO....
