จากตาราง 4 พบว่า ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแหล่งทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาแบบเปิด นิสิตนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ระบุว่าเป็นแหล่งรวบรวมเนื้อหาบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และแหล่งศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.7 และ 44.0 ตามลำดับ การใช้งานแหล่งทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาแบบเปิดเพื่อเป็นการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาบทเรียนใหม่ที่สนใจและไม่เคยเรียนรู้มาก่อน และนำมาใช้เป็นแหล่งทรัพยากรสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.6 และ 38.7 ตามลำดับ การใช้งานนิสิตนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เคยทำการสืบค้นทรัพยากรจากแหล่งทรัพยากรสื่อการศึกษาแบบเปิดเพื่อนำมาปรับประยุกต์ใช้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.2 วิธีการนำมาปรับประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อสร้างสื่อทางการเรียนรู้ของตนในรูปแบบนำมาใช้เพียงบางส่วน เฉพาะส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องและที่ต้องการ (Revise) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.4
