บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาผลของค่าอัตราส่วนW/B ต่อค่ากำลังอัดแบบไม่แช่น้ำของดินเหนียวอ่อนที่ปรับปรุงคุณสมบัติด้วยซีเมนต์และเถ้าชานอ้อย ซึ่งนำเถ้าชานอ้อยที่ได้จากการเผาชานอ้อยในโรงงานผลิตน้ำตาลเพื่อใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงในการผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้าภายในโรงงานมาใช้เป็นวัสดุปอซโซลาน ทำการทดสอบโดยใช้ดินเหนียวอ่อนกรุงเทพมาปรับปรุงคุณสมบัติด้วยปูนซีเมนต์และแทนที่ปูนซีเมนต์ด้วยเถ้าชานอ้อยในอัตราส่วนร้อยละ10, 20, 30 และ 40 ใช้อัตราส่วนน้ำต่อวัสดุเชื่อมประสาน (W/B) 0.9, 1.2 และ 1.5 ทำการทดสอบที่อายุ 3, 7, 28, 60 และ 90 วัน
ผลการทดสอบ พบว่าอัตราส่วนการแทนที่ปูนซีเมนต์ด้วยเถ้าชานอ้อยร้อยละ 20 ที่อัตราส่วนน้ำต่อวัสดุเชื่อมประสาน 0.9 มีค่ากำลังอัดสูงที่สุด และสูงกว่าการใช้ปูนซีเมนต์ล้วน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าค่ากำลังอัดมีแนวโน้มลดลงตามอัตราส่วนน้ำต่อวัสดุเชื่อมประสานที่เพิ่มขึ้น และนำค่ากำลังอัดที่ได้มาเปรียบเทียบกับมาตราฐานกรมทางหลวงแห่งประเทศไทยเพื่อดูแนวโน้มที่สามารถนำไปในการปฏิบัติงานจริง
