(1) บริษัทจะจัดส่งหนังสือเชิญประชุม

(1) บริษัทจะจัดส่งหนังสือเชิญประชุมพร้อมทั้งข้อมูลประกอบการประชุมตามวาระต่างๆให้ผู้ถือหุ้นรับทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนวันประชุมไม่น้อยกว่า 7วัน หรือระยะเวลาอื่นใดตามที่กฎหมายหรือกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องประกาศกำหนด โดยในแต่ละวาระการประชุมจะมีความเห็นของคณะกรรมการบริษัทประกอบ รวมทั้งข้อมูลประกอบการประชุมที่เพียงพอเพื่อให้ผู้ถือหุ้นได้มีเวลในการศึกษาข้อมูลล่วงหน้าก่อนวันประชุม นอกจากนี้ บริษัทจะนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวเผยแพร่ลงในเวบไซด์ของบริษัทก่อนวันประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นด้วย
(2) ในกรณีผู้ถือหุ้นไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมประชุมด้วยตัวเอง บริษัทจะเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ถือหุ้นสามารถมอบฉันทะให้กรรมการอิสระเข้าร่วมประชุมแทนได้ โดยใช้หนังสือมอบฉันทะแบบหนึ่งแบบใดตามที่บริษัทได้จัดส่งไปพร้อมกับหนังสือนัดประชุม
