เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนตัวผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพในสภานพยาบาล ตามมาตรา 184 ผู้รับอนุญาตต้องแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้ผู้อนุญาตทราบภายในกำหนด 30 วันนับแต่วันที่มีการเปลี่ยนนั้น
