ข้อ ๔ เพื่อเป็นหลักประกันการปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ ผู้กู้ได้จดทะเบียนจำนองทรัพย์สิน ให้ผู้กู้ยึดถือไว้เป็นประกัน จนกว่าผู้ให้กู้จะได้ชำระเงินต้นและดอกเบี้ยตามสัญญานี้โดยสิ้นเชิง
ข้อ ๕ ค่าอากรแสตมป์ที่ใช้ปิดสัญญานี้ รวมทั้งค่าธรรมเนียมและค่าอากรในการจดทะเบียนเพื่อจำนองทรัพย์สินเป็นประกันหนี้ตามสัญญาข้อ ๔ และเพื่อไถ่ถอนทรัพย์สินดังกล่าว ผู้กู้เป็นผู้ออกฝ่ายเดียว
ข้อ ๖ การติดต่อใด ๆ ระหว่างผู้ให้กู้กับผู้กู้นั้น ตกลงให้ถือว่าการบอกกล่าวหรือการแจ้งเป็นหนังสือไปยังสถานที่ที่ระบุไว้ว่าเป็นที่อยู่ของผู้กู้ข้างต้นนี้ โดยส่งเองหรือส่งทางไปรษณีย์ลงทะเบียน หรือไม่ลงทะเบียน ไม่ว่าจะถึงหรือไม่ถึงตัวผู้กู้ และไม่ว่าจะมีผู้ใดรับหรือไม่มีผู้ใดยอมรับไว้ก็ตาม หรือส่งให้ไม่ได้ เพราะผู้กู้ย้ายสถานที่อยู่ไปโดยมิได้แจ้งให้ผู้ให้กู้ทราบ หรือสถานที่อยู่ให้ไว้ค้นหาไม่พบหรือถูกรื้อถอนทำลาย ทุกกรณีที่กล่าวนี้เป็นการบอกกล่าวหรือการแจ้งหรือหนังสือดังกล่าวเหล่านี้ได้ส่งไปให้แก่ผู้กู้ โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความตรงกัน คู่สัญญาได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญาโดยตลอดแล้วเห็นว่าถูกต้อง จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน แล้วยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
