คณะกรรมการสรรหาและกำหนดค่าตอบแทน ได้พิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์ ความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในฐานะกรรมการได้เป็นอย่างดีและการเข้าร่วมประชุม จึงมีมติเมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2556 ให้กรรมการทั้ง 3 ท่าน กลับเข้าดำรงตำแหน่งอีกวาระหนึ่ง และจะนำเสนอคณะกรรมการบริษัทพิจารณาและเสนอต่อที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นต่อไป
