3. คู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิเล

3. คู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิเลิกสัญญาได้ในกรณีใดกรณีหนึ่งดังต่อไปนี้
(ก) มีการเลิกกองทรัสต์ตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาก่อตั้งทรัสต์ของกองทรัสต์ หรือในกรณีที่มีการเลิกกองทรัสต์ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
