บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษในจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ไก้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน T-test และ F-test (One-Way ANOVA)
จากการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย ส่วนใหญ่ ได้แก่ เพศหญิง ได้แก่ อายุ 20 – 30 ปี ระดับการศึกษา ได้แก่ ปริญญาตรี สถานภาพสมรส อาชีพนักเรียน / นักศึกษา และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001 – 20,000 บาท
จากการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า ผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ได้แก่ การรับประโยชน์ของผักปลอดสารพิษ รองลงมาได้แก่ ความเชื่อมั่นในการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ กระแสความนิยมการรักสุขภาพ และต่ำสุด ได้แก่ รายได้ของผู้บริโภค โดยนำเสนอดังนี้
1) ด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของผักปลอดสารพิษ พบว่า ผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย ด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของผักปลอดสารพิษ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ผักปลอดสารพิษมีคุณค่าทางอาหาร และสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้กับร่างกาย มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ได้แก่ ผักปลอดสารพิษช่วยต่อต้านโรคภัย เช่น โรคเบาหวาน โรคมะเร็ง เป็นต้น มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าต่ำสุดมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ผักปลอดสารพิษช่วยระบบขับถ่ายและช่วยละความอ้วน
2) ด้านการกระแสนิยมการรักสุขภาพ พบว่า ผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ด้านกระแสนิยมการรักสุขภาพ โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า บริโภคเนื่องจากห่วงใยสุขภาพ มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ได้แก่ รับรู้ข่าวสารจากกการประชาสัมพันธ์โฆษณาโทรทัศน์ วิทยุ นิตยสารเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าต่ำสุดมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ บริโภคตามกระแสนิยมในสังคมปัจจุบัน
3) ด้านความเชื่อมั่นในการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ พบว่าผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ด้านความเชื่อมั่นในการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ผักปลอดสารพิษเป็นผักสะอาด และถูกหลักอนามัย มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ได้แก่ ผักปลอดสารพิษเป็นผักที่ปลอดภัยไม่มีสารเคมี มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าต่ำสุดมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ แหล่งจำหน่ายมีความน่าเชื่อถือและมีความรู้สามารถให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผักปลอดสารพิษได้
4) ด้านรายได้ของผู้บริโภค พบว่าผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ด้านรายได้ของผู้บริโภค โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ราคาผักปลอดสารพิษค่อนข้างสูงเนื่องจากเป็นผักที่ปราศจากสารเคมี มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ได้แก่ ความคุ้มค่าของราคาผักปลอดสารพิษ เมื่อเทียบกับราคาผักที่ใช้สารเคมี มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าต่ำสุดมี ความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ การบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษบ่งบอกถึงฐานะของรายได้ที่มั่นคง
ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพทางครอบครัว อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกัน เนื่องจากผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษที่แตกต่างกัน
โดยสรุป ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลให้กับผู้ผลิตเกษตรกรที่ปลูกผักปลอดสารพิษโดยตรง และใช้ในการวางแผนในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดต่อไป
