Our first major revision to the tut

Our first major revision to the tutorial was motivated by
the conclusion that the ruler problem did not stimulate students
to think about the central issue: what is the effect of a
force on the translational motion of an object if the force
also affects its rotational motion? Therefore, we rewrote the
first two pages, leaving the last two pages as described
above
