The meetings at the Marriott will start at 8:30am and finish at 17:30. Attached is a revised Schedule. This is not complete since we are not sure if all the sales people will visit PB.

The schedule will be updated later this week.

The 2016 Objectives for the PB factory are:
1. No Lost time accidents. This is easy to say but not easy to do. You must develop a Safety Management System in each area that pretty much insures that no one will get hurt In your production area. Be very detailed!
2. Reduce factory cost by 15-20%.
3. Reduce Lead time from 30 days to 27 days.
4. Standardize work practices to improve safety, quality, efficiency etc.
5. Reduce Warranty/Claim Costs & customer complaints by 50%

Please prepare an action plan for the APAC meetings to be held at the Marriott and at PB Dec. 8th to 11th. On Dec 1st we will have a meeting to review your 2016 plan.

The key to making a successful plan is to utilize your team members and your associates to help. The more detail you can provide the better. Each one of the 5 Objectives can be broken down into many details. Start with a clean sheet of paper and examine your area to see how many ways you can reduce costs or what must be done to standardize each one of your many operations.
