การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบวางแผนการเรียนและตรวจสอบจบการศึกษา 2)เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งานระบบวางแผนการเรียนและตรวจสอบจบการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาระบบขึ้นภายใต้เทคโนโลยี PHP,HTML,My SQL กระบวนการการทำงานหลักของระบบประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนคือ ส่วนการจัดการข้อมูลภายในระบบโดยมีการคำนวณเกรด วางแผนการเรียนของแต่ละเทอม จัดเก็บข้อมูลประวัตินักศึกษาและจัดเก็บผลงานต่างๆของนักศึกษา และส่วนแสดงผลข้อมูลในรูปแบบของกราฟชนิดต่างๆ โดยได้ประเมินความพึงพอใจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง นักศึกษาสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม ในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี จำนวน 59 คน
