'เล เลือง มินห์' เลขาธิการอาเซียนคนใหม่ (โลกวันนี้วันสุข)
นายเล เลือง มินห์ เป็นชาวเวียดนามคนแรกที่ได้นั่งเก้าอี้เลขาธิการสมาคมประชาชาติเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (อาเซียน-ASEAN) โดยมีระยะเวลาในการดารงตาแหน่ง 5 ปี จากวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2013-31 ธันวาคม 2017 นับเป็นเลขาธิการอาเซียนคนใหม่ที่ต้องมีบทบาทสาคัญกับการที่อาเซียนจะก้าวย่างเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (AEC) ที่จะเริ่มต้นขึ้นตั้งแต่ปี 2015 เป็นต้นไป โดยเข้ารับตาแหน่งเลขาธิการอาเซียนต่อจากนายสุรินทร์ พิศสุวรรณ จากประเทศไทย ที่หมดวาระการดารงตาแหน่งนี้เมื่อวันที่ 31 ธันวาคมที่ผ่านมา โดยนายมินห์ อดีตรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศของเวียดนาม ในฐานะผู้สมัครที่เป็นตัวแทนจากรัฐบาลเวียดนาม ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดารงตาแหน่งนี้ตามมติที่ประชุมสุดยอดผู้นาอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 21 ที่ประเทศกัมพูชา เมื่อเดือนพฤศจิกายนที่ผ่านมา
