สถานที่ในการจอดรถ หมายถึง สถานที่ที่มีไว้ให้จอดรถเพื่อเป็นที่พักรถหรือ หยุดรถ โดยการจอดหรือหยุดรถบริเวณพื้นที่ที่ได้มีการกำหนดเขตในการจอดซึ่งเรียกว่า สถานที่ในการจอดรถ (เอกธนา 2549:1)
