เทศกาลอาตี-อาตีฮันจัดขึ้นที่เมืองกาลีโบ ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ทุกวันอาทิตย์ที่ 3 ของเดือนมกราคม ต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลา 3 วัน 3 คืน
การจัดเทศการอาตี-อาตีฮันมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อแสดงความเคารพต่อชนเผ่าอาตี ซึ่งเป็นชนเผาแรกที่มีการตั้งรกรากอยู่บนเกาะแห่งนี้ และเพื่อรำลึกถึงพระเยซูคริสต์เมื่อยังทรงพระเยาว์ด้วย คำว่า “อาตี-อาตีฮัน”แปลว่าทำตัวเหมือนชนเผ่าอาตีนั่นเอง
ชนเผ่าอาตีมีรูปร่างสันทัด ผิวเข้ม ผมหยิก ชาวบ้านจึงพร้อมทางตัวเป็นสีดำ สวมเครื่องแต่งตัวด้วยสีสันสดใส แบบชนเผ่าออกมาเต้ารำอย่างสนุกสนานรื่นเริงบนท้องถนน ตามจังหวะของเสียงกลองที่เร้าใจ
