การจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาการพยากรณ์ทางธุรกิจ และการพยากรณ์การขายในหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต ของคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร พบปัญหาการคำนวณที่ยุ่งยากซับซ้อนในการวัดความแม่นยำจากการพยากรณ์ด้วยวิธีการเปลี่ยนทิศทาง ทำให้ยากต่อการนำไปใช้ ดังนั้นโปรแกรมการคำนวณความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์บนระบบออนไลน์ด้วยวิธีการวัดความแม่นยำจากการเปลี่ยนทิศทาง จึงได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้น สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการคำนวณความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์ ด้วยวิธีการ DCA บนระบบออนไลน์ และ 2) เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานโปรแกรมการคำนวณความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์ ด้วยวิธีการ DCA บนระบบออนไลน์ สำหรับนักศึกษา
โดยผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ การนำเข้า
ข้อมูลค่าจริงและค่าพยากรณ์ การคำนวณความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์ และการส่งออกกราฟ
ข้อมูลค่าจริงและค่าพยากรณ์ โปรแกรมนี้พัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา PHP และ html ร่วมกับระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL และติดตั้งใช้งานบนระบบออนไลน์ พร้อมใช้งานภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2557 2) การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในการคำนวณความแม่นยำของโปรแกรมเปรียบเทียบกับโปรแกรมตารางทำการ Excel ตรงกันร้อยละ 100 โดยใช้ข้อมูลราคาหุ้นของ ปตท., ราคาสัปปะรดของไทย และค่าพยากรณ์อากาศของจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน 3) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานโปรแกรมจากคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 113 คน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.12 และ 4) ผลการประเมินคู่มือการใช้งานโปรแกรมของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้ง 3 ท่าน ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีมาก
