ครม. มีมติอนุมัติตามที่สำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีเสนอรับโอนข้าราชการมาแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง ผู้ตรวจราชการพิเศษประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ตามคำสั่งหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) ที่ 16/2558 จำนวน 2 ราย คือ 1. นางมิ่งขวัญ วิชยารังสฤษดิ์ ปลัดกระทรวงกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ดำรงตำแหน่ง ผู้ตรวจราชการพิเศษประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี สำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี สำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เพื่อประโยชน์ของทางราชการในการปฏิรูปราชการแผ่นดินด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม 2. นางเมธินี เทพมณี ปลัดกระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ดำรงตำแหน่ง ผู้ตรวจราชการพิเศษประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี สำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี สำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เพื่อประโยชน์ของทางราชการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการเตรียมการจัดตั้งกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ตั้งแต่วันที่ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ แต่งตั้งเป็นต้นไป ทั้งนี้ ผู้มีอำนาจสั่งบรรจุของทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงยินยอมในการโอนแล้ว
