ตามที่ผมได้แจ้งเรื่องBelt conveyor เมื่อวันที่23/08/2016 ที่ผ่านมาที่เครื่อง Main and audit balancer ว่า สายพานดังกล่าวเริ่มลอกออก
ทั้งที่เพิ่งเปลี่ยนใหม่ยังไม่ถึง 6 เดือน ตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง
เครื่อง Audit balancer เปลี่ยนสายพาน 2 เส้น เมื่อวันที่ 20/03/2016
เครื่อง Main balancer เปลี่ยนสายพาน 2 เส้น เมื่อวันที่ 26/05/2016
วันที่23/08/2016 ที่เครื่อง Audit balancer ตรวจพบสายพานด้านในลอกออกมาประมาณ 10 ซม.
และที่เครื่อง Main balancer ตรวจพบสายพานด้านนอก ลอกออกมาประมาณ 3 ซม.
รบกวนช่วยประสานงานส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยครับ ว่าเหตุใดสายพานเริ่มชำรุดทั้งที่ใช้งานไม่ถึง 6 เดือน

On 23/08/2016 Main machine coming through and that such audit start balancer belt removal.In both the newly replaced did not reach 6 months, as detailed below.Balancer 2-belt change Audit machines on 20/03/2016.Main machine balancer belt change 2 lines on 26/05/2016.23/08/2016, engine balancer belt was detected inside Audit peel off about 10 cm.The Main machine and the balancer belt was detected outside the Peel comes off about 3 cm.Help coordinate with related lol. Why start the whole belt, defective running less than 6 months.
