การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้วิจัยเชิง และวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามการรับรู้ลักษณะงานและความสุขในการทำงาน เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้ลักษณะงานกับความสุขในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 2 ซึ่งมีจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด 139 คน จาก 10 โรงเรียนที่ผ่านโครงการโรงเรียนในฝัน และใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน และมีจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 105 คน จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติจากค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
