ค่าจ้าง เป็นเงินรวมทั้งสิ้น ๒,๕๘๕,๘๗๖.๐๐ บาท
(สองล้านห้าแสนแปดหมื่นห้าพันแปดร้อยเจ็ดสิบหกบาทถ้วน)

ระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน ตามสัญญา นับตั้งแต่ ๓๐ ธ.ค. ๒๕๕๗ ถึง ๒๙ ธ.ค. ๒๕๕๘

การจ่ายเงิน แบ่งเป็น ๕ งวด ดังนี้

๒.๑ คณะกรรมการตรวจรับงานจ้าง ได้ดำเนินการตรวจรับงานงวดที่ ๑ งวดที่ ๒ และ งวดที่ ๓ เรียบร้อยแล้วดังนี้

๒.๒ ที่ปรึกษาได้มีหนังสือที่ ศธ ๐๕๒๕ /๔๓๒๕ ลงวันที่ ๒๕ ธ.ค. ๒๕๕๘ (เอกสารแนบ ๖) ถึง ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนา เรื่อง ขอส่งร่างรายงานฉบับสมบูณ์ (งานงวดที่ ๔) และขอเบิกเงินงวดที่ ๕ เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการตรวจรับงานจ้างพิจารณารายละเอียดของงานและให้คำแนะนำในการปรับปรุงข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม

/ ๒.๓ ร่างรายงาน
๒.๓ ร่างรายงานฉบับสมบูรณ์ (เอกสารแนบ ๗) ประกอบด้วย เนื้อหาของรายงานเบื้องต้น รายงานความก้าวหน้า และบทสรุปผู้บริหาร ที่ปรึกษานำเสนอ กฟน. สามารถสรุปสาระสำคัญได้ดังนี้
๒.๓.๑ บทสรุปผู้บริหาร กล่าวถึงหลักการและเหตุผลพร้อมทั้งวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการสาธิตชุดสะสมพลังงานไฟฟา เฟส 1 (Energy Storage) และหัวข้อหลักๆประกอบด้วย การเปรียบเทียบระบบสะสมพลังงานในแตละประเภทเทคโนโลยีสําหรับแตละรูปแบบการประยุกตใชงาน เทคโนโลยีระบบสะสมพลังงานที่เหมาะสมสําหรับการประยุกตใชงานในพื้นที่จายไฟฟาของ กฟน. รูปแบบและลักษณะการทํางานของระบบสะสมพลังงานสําหรับการสาธิตทดสอบที่นําเสนอสําหรับ กฟน. สถานที่ติดตั้งระบบสะสมพลังงานและระบบผลิตไฟฟาจากพลังงานทดแทนสําหรับการสาธิตทดสอบที่นําเสนอสําหรับ กฟน. การคัดเลือกอุปกรณสําหรับโครงการสาธิต และการประเมินดานเศรษฐศาสตร
๒.๓.๒ บทที่ ๑ ถึง บทที่ ๑๗ เป็นงานซึ่งที่ปรึกษาได้ส่งมอบและตรวจรับครบถ้วนแล้วในงวดที่ ๑ ถึง งวดที่ ๓
๒.๔ ที่ปรึกษาได้เข้ามานำเสนอผลการปฏิบัติงานให้คณะกรรมการตรวจการจ้างและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ในวันอังคารที่ ๕ ม.ค. ๒๕๕๙ เวลา ๐๙.๐๐ ถึง ๑๗.๐๐ น. ณ ห้องประชุม ฝวจ. คณะกรรมการฯ และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เสนอแนะให้ที่ปรึกษา ปรับปรุง / เพิ่มเติม ดังนี้
๒.๔.๑ ประเมินความคุ้มค่าทางเศรษฐศาสตร์โดยให้ราคาอุปกรณ์ที่อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงลดลงในอนาคต กำหนดให้ราคาลดลงต่อปีที่ ๓%, ๕% และ ๗% ตามลำดับ และค่าไฟที่เพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจลงทุนในปีที่ ๕ ปีที่ ๑๐ และปีที่ ๑๕ ตามลำดับ
๒.๔.๒ ประเมินความคุ้มค่าทางเศรษฐศาสตร์โดยเปรียบเทียบแบบ มี และไม่มี แผงพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์
๒.๔.๓ ปรับขนาดของ battery เป็น ๒๐, ๖๐ และ ๑๐๐ kWh พร้อมทั้งประเมินความคุ้มค่าทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ตามลำดับ
๒.๕ ที่ปรึกษาได้เข้ามาบรรยายสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานโครงการฯ ที่ได้ดำเนินการตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นโครงการจนเสร็จสมบูรณ์ให้คณะกรรมการตรวจการจ้างและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ในวันอังคารที่ ๒๖ ม.ค. ๒๕๕๙ เวลา ๐๙.๐๐ ถึง ๑๒.๐๐ น. ณ ห้องประชุม ๙ ชั้น ๑๘ สนญ. เพลินจิต ดังมีรายละเอียตามเอกสารแนบ ๘

๓. ข้อพิจารณา
คณะกรรมการตรวจการจ้างได้พิจารณาการส่งมอบงานงวดที่ ๔ ของที่ปรึกษา ซึ่งได้ดำเนินการและ
ส่งงานครบถ้วนตามกำหนดเวลา ตรงตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาว่าจ้างที่ปรึกษาฯ และได้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงรายละเอียดตามที่คณะกรรมการฯ เสนอแนะเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงเห็นสมควรจ่ายค่าจ้างงวดที่ ๕ เป็นจำนวนเงิน ๒๕๘,๕๘๗.๖๐ บาท (สองแสนห้าหมื่นแปดพันห้าร้อยแปดสิบเจ็ดบาทหกสิบสตางค์) ให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างต่อไป
