หนังสือสัญญาเช่าฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง บริษัท พี.วี.ที.แอสเซท จำกัด สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 1/11 ซอยกาญจนาภิเษก แขวงหลักสอง เขตบางแค จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า "ผู้ให้เช่า" ฝ่ายหนึ่ง

ข้อ 6. บรรดาสิ่งก่อสร้างซึ่งได้ดัดแปลงหรือซ่อมแซมหรือเพิ่มเติมส่ิงใดในบริเวณห้องเช่า ห้ามมิให้รื้อถอนหรือทำลายเป็นอันขาดและสิ่งก่อสร้างดังกล่าวนั้นต้องตกเป็นของผู้ให้เช่าทั้งสิ้น โดยผู้เช่าจะเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายหรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆไม่ได้เลย
ข้อ 7. ผู้เช่ารับรองจะไม่ให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงไปอีกทอดหนึ่งหรือจะไม่ยอมให้ผู้อื่นเข้าครอบครองห้องเช่าในระหว่างอายุสัญญาการเช่า
