บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลิตภาพแรงงานในภาคเกษตรแต่ละประเภทและเปรียบเทียบผลิตภาพแรงงานในภาคเกษตรแต่ละประเภทฟาร์ม โดยข้อมูลเป็นข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่ได้จากการสำรวจภาวะเศรษฐกิจครัวเรือนและแรงงานในภูมิภาคต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ ปีการเพาะปลูก 2556/57 ของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร มีจำนวนครัวเรือนตัวอย่าง 6,725 ครัวเรือน ได้คัดเลือกเฉพาะครัวเรือนที่มีข้อมูลครบสมบรูณ์ ได้ตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา 6,718 ครัวเรือน แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้ Statistical Analysis ซึ่งเป็นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยอาศัยวิธีการทางสถิติ คือ สถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) ใช้ในการอธิบายลักษณะต่างๆ ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในรูปแบบร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและทดสอบ สมมติฐานและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลิตภาพแรงงานในภาคเกษตรด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุ (multiple regression analysis) คือค่า ค่า Pearson Correlation , Adjusted R ( R2) , F-Test และ T- Test ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 99 ,95 และ90 โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Access และ SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
หัวหน้าครัวเรือนเกษตรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 56.65 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาไม่เกินภาคบังคับ ส่วนแรงงานเกษตรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 38.25 ปี ระดับการศึกษาไม่เกินภาคบังคับ มีขนาดครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4 คนต่อครัวเรือน วัยแรงงานอายุ 15 -64 ปี เฉลี่ย 3 คนต่อครัวเรือน จำนวนแรงงานที่ทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 1 คนต่อครัวเรือน มีขนาดฟาร์ม น้อยกว่า30 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน ( ฟาร์มขนาดกลาง ) ส่วนใหญ่แต่ละภูมิภาคใช้ในการปลูกข้าวและมีราได้จากการปลูกข้าว ยกเว้นภาคใต้ที่ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ปลูกไม้ผล/ไม้ยื่นต้นและมีรายได้หลักจากการปลูกไม้ผล/ไม้ยืนต้น โดยเฉลี่ยทั้งประเทศมีพื้นที่25.42 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน เป็นของตนเอง 17.33ไร่ต่อครัวเรือนการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน เป็นที่อยู่อาศัย 0.86 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน ที่นา 14.41 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน พืชไร่ 4.80 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน สวนไม้ผล/ไม้ยืนต้น 3.90 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน สวนผัก/ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ 0.29 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน ทุ่งหญ้าเลี้ยงสัตว์ 0.15 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน เพาะเลี้ยงประมง 0.46 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน เลี้ยงปศุสัตว์ 0.14 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน ที่ว่างเปล่า/ที่ป่า/ห้วย หนอง คลอง บึง 0.28 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน เมื่อพิจารณารายได้และผลิตภาพแรงงานของครัวเรือนเกษตร เห็นว่า รายได้เงินสดเกษตรเฉลี่ย 254,575 บาทต่อครัวเรือน รายจ่ายเงินสดเกษตรเฉลี่ย 144, 480 บาทต่อครัวเรือน รายได้นอกเกษตรเฉลี่ย 154,513 บาทต่อครัวเรือน รายได้สุทธิเกษตรเฉลี่ย 132,743 บาทต่อครัวเรือน รายได้สุทธิครัวเรือน 287,256 บาทต่อครัวเรือน ผลตอบแทนต่อไร่เฉลี่ย 11,900 บาทต่อไร่และผลิตภาพแรงงานเฉลี่ย 119403 บาทต่อคนต่อปี โดยฟาร์มประมงมีผลตอบแทนต่อไร่และผลิตภาพแรงงานมากที่สุด
เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลิตภาพแรงงานแต่ละประเภทฟาร์มกับผลิตภาพแรงงานเฉลี่ยทั้งประเทศ เท่ากับ 119403 บาทต่อคนต่อปี ประเภทฟาร์มที่มีผลิตภาพแรงงานสูงกว่าผลิตภาพแรงงานเฉลี่ย คือ ฟาร์มประมง ฟาร์มไม้ผล/ไม้ยืนต้น ฟาร์มผัก/ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ ฟาร์มปศุสัตว์ และฟาร์มพืชไร่/พืชอาหารสัตว์/พืชอื่นๆ นอกนั้นเป็นประเภทฟาร์มที่มีผลิตภาพแรงงานต่ำกว่าผลิตภาพแรงงานเฉลี่ย
ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลิตภาพแรงงานในทุกประเภทฟาร์ม คือ ปัจจัยด้านที่ดินทำการเกษตร ค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทุน ค่าจ้างแรงงานและการได้รับน้ำชลประทาน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านตัวแปรหุ่นที่มีผล ได้แก่ หัวหน้าครัวเรือนเพศชาย หัวหน้าครัวเรือนที่มีระดับการศึกษาเกินภาคบังคับและภูมติภาคต่างๆ ที่มีอิทธิเฉพาะประเภทฟาร์มข้าว นอกนั้นไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 99 ,95 และ90
