ข้อ 3. ราคาผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคาของผลิตภัณฑ์ตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ ได้กำหนดโดยคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงร่วมกัน โดยผู้ขายและผู้ซื้อจะยืนยันราคาเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและให้ถือว่าราคาที่ได้รับการยืนยันดังกล่าว เป็นราคาตามสัญญาและถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้จนกว่าราคาดังกล่าวจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
