บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการลดเวลาในกระบวนการผลิตกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก กรณีศึกษาบริษัท เอส.พี.เปเปอร์ จำกัด จากการศึกษากระบวนการผลิตเบื้องต้นโดยใช้หลักการศึกษาการทำงานและเวลา พบว่า ขั้นตอนการทำงานมีทั้งหมด 19 ขั้นตอน เวลาในกระบวนการผลิตกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูกจำนวน 900 แผ่น คือ 30,889 วินาที หรือ 8 ชั่วโมง 58 นาที ซึ่งทำให้บริษัท ต้องจ่ายค่าทำงานล่วงเวลาในการทำงาน ผู้วิจัยนำหลักการ ECRS มาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก ผลหลังการปรับปรุงสามารถลดเวลาในกระบวนการผลิตกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูกจาก 8 ชั่วโมง 58 นาที ลดเหลือ 7 ชั่วโมง 37 นาที หรือลดเวลาลงได้ 1 ชั่วโมง 21 นาที คิดเป็นเวลาที่ลดลง 14.03 % และลดขั้นตอนกระบวนการผลิตจาก 19 ขั้นตอน เหลือ 16 ขั้นตอน ซึ่งสามารถลดการทำงานล่วงเวลาลงได้
