3. ศึกษาค้นคว้างานวิจัย/วิทยานิพนธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อนำมาใช้เป็นหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์
4. คณะผู้จัดทำร่วมกันออกแบบนวัตกรรม ซึ่งได้นวัตกรรมชื่อ “ชุดแปรงสีฟัน All-in-one toothbrush ในผู้ป่วยที่ใส่ท่อช่วยหายใจ” แล้วนำนวัตกรรมที่ออกแบบไปปรึกษาผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ทั้งหมด 3 ท่าน
5. สร้างชุดเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดช่องปากในผู้ป่วยที่ใส่ท่อช่วยหายใจ ที่นำมาใช้ในการดำเนินการและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล แล้วนำไปให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน คือ 1) รศ.ดร. อัมพรพรรณ ธีรานุตร 2) รศ.ดร.ทพ.จรินทร์ ปภังกรกิจ 3) ผศ. ดลวิวัฒน์ แสนโสม ตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหา
