งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลเพื่อเทิดพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟูาจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก พัฒนาคลังสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรม Omeka software ร่วมกับแนวคิด SMO (Social Media Optimization) และการจัดระบบความรู้ และ ประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนาคลังสารสนเทศ ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่าคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลเทิดพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ได้รับการพัฒนาโดยการจัดหมวดหมู่ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศและใช้โปรแกรม Omeka software ร่วมกับแนวคิด SMO และการจัดระบบความรู้ มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด โดยมีการประเมินความพึงพอใจตามด้าน Function Requirement Test, Function Test, Usability Test, และ Security Test ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดด้วยคะแนนเฉลี่ยทั้ง 4 ด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.47 อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด และการจัดเก็บทรัพยากรสารสนเทศเทิดพระเกียรติได้แบ่งเป็น 3 ประเภทหลักๆ คือ วัสดุตีพิมพ์, วัสดุไม่ตีพิมพ์, และสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยมีจำนวนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศทั้งหมด 242 รายการในศูนย์บรรณสารและสื่อการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์มีค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยผลการวิจัยยังมีการพัฒนาคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลโดยใช้โปรแกรม Omeka software และการนำเอาแนวคิดเทคโนโลยี SMO และการจัดระบบความรู้มาประยุกต์ใช้ สรุปได้ว่าการพัฒนาคลังสารสนเทศเทิดพระเกียรตินี้มีความสำเร็จและได้รับความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้เป็นอย่างดี
