ในกรณีที่ผู้รับบริการไม่ได้แจ้งความ

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับบริการไม่ได้แจ้งความประสงค์ตามวรรคก่อน หรือผู้ให้บริการไม่ตกลงจะให้บริการต่อไป ให้ถือว่าสัญญานี้สิ้นสุดลงตามกำหนดระยะเวลา ซึ่งผู้รับบริการต้องปฏิบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ 14 ของสัญญาฉบับนี้
