จากการสังเกตและสอบถามข้อมูลการเดินทางของบุคคลากรและนักศึกษาเพื่อมายัง Buuic จากนักศึกษาและบุคคลากรบางราย พบว่านักศึกษาและบุคคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องจะใช้ยานพาหนะสำหรับการเดินทางในมหาวิทยาลัยหรือจากที่อยู่อาศัยเพื่อมายัง Buuic โดย รถยนต์ หรือมอเตอร์ไซต์ส่วนตัว เป็นส่วนใหญ่ ซึ่งมีเพียงส่วนน้อยเท่านั้นที่จะใช้รถประจำทาง หรือให้ผู้ปกครองมาจากที่อยู่อาศัย เพื่อมายังมหาวิทยาลัย ด้วยเหตุนี้เองจึงทำให้มีนักศึกษาและบุคคลากรใช้รถใช้ถนนภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นจำนวนมากในแต่ละวัน จึงส่งผลกระทบต่อการเดินทางและสถานที่จอดรถที่มีอยู่อย่างจำกัดภายในมหาวิทยาลัย สังเกตจากการจราจรในช่วงเช้าและช่วงเย็นที่มีการติดขัดมากทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย อีกทั้งช่วงเวลาที่มีการเรียนการสอนสถานที่จอดรถภายในมหาวิทยาลัยจะไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนความต้องการของผู้ใช้ จึงเป็นผลก่อให้เกิด การจอดรถแบบมักง่าย จอดรถซ้อนคัน จอดรถไม่เป็นที่เป็นทาง และส่งผลให้การจราจรติดขัด ปัญหาที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นล้วนส่งผลให้เกิดผลตามมาเช่น การสูญเสียเวลาโดยเปล่าประโยชน์ บริเวณที่จอดรถมีไม่เพียงพอ รถจักรยานยนต์สูญหายบ่อยครั้ง รวมทั้งทำให้เกิดมลพิษมากยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากจำนวนยานพาหนะมากเกินไป
