น้ำแข็งที่ละลายไม่ไหลออกไปที่ท่อน้ำทิ้ง แต่ไหลลงมาในห้องแช่แข็งและทำให้พื้นเป็นน้ำแข็ง ปัญหานี้เคยขึ้นมาแล้วเมื่อวันที่ 7-3-14 ผมต้องเรียกช่างเข้ามาเพราะคุณนพซ่อมไม่ได้ คุณจะให้ผมดำเนินการเรียกช่างเข้ามาเลยมั๊ยครับ
