ข้อ ๖ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้ที่ดินที่เช่าเพื่อการอย่างอื่นนอกจากการตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาข้อ ๑ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาติเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๗ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ขุดบ่อ คู หรือทาด้วยประการใดๆ ซึ่งทาให้ที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าเสียหายเว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๘ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่นาที่ดินที่เช่านี้ไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหนือโอนสิทธิการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะอานวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าตรวจตราที่ดินที่เช่าทุกครั้งทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ ๑๐ ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าตกลงจะขายที่ดินที่เช่าก่อนครบกาหนดการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ผู้ให้เช่า จะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า..............เดือน ว่าจะขายในราคาเท่าใดเพื่อผู้เช่าจะได้มีโอกาสตกลงได้ซื้ อก่อนหรือเพื่อผู้เช่าเตรียมตัวออกจากที่ดินที่เช่า
ข้อ ๑๑ ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าผิดสัญญาเช่าข้อหนึ่ งข้อใดหรือหลายข้อรวมกันก็ดี ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิบอก กล่าวให้ผู้เช่าปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้หรือบอกเลิกสัญญานี้ และเรียกค่าเสียหายจากผู้เช่าได้ทันที
ข้อ ๑๒ ถ้าผู้เช่าจะต้องออกไปจากที่ดินที่เช่าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหาย หรือค่ารื้ อถอนจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๓ ในวันทาสัญญาเช่านี้ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจดูที่ดินที่เช่าแล้วเห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติ และผู้ให้เช่าได้ ส่งมอบที่ดินที่เช่าแก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
สัญญานี้ ทาขึ้ นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันคู่สัญญาทั้ งสองฝ่ายได้อ่าน และเข้าใจ ข้อความในสัญญานี้ โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตามเจตนาอันแท้จริงของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อ ไว้เป็นสาคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
