ข้อ 5. “ผู้เช่า” ต้องชำระค่าไฟฟ้า ประปา ค่าโทรศัพท์ ตามมาตรวัดที่ใช้จริง ค่าน้ำ 100 บาท ค่าไฟฟ้า 8 บาท/หน่วย
ข้อ 6. ถ้าหาก “ผู้เช่า” ไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญาเช่าฉบับนี้ อาทิ ค้างชำระค่าเช่า หรือทำความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินของ “ผู้ให้เช่า” เกินกว่าเงินประกันความเสียหายที่วางไว้ หรือก่อความวุ่นวาย รบกวนสิทธิของผู้พักอาศัยอื่นๆ รวมทั้งไม่ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของหอพัก“ผู้ให้เช่า” มีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาเช่าได้ทันที ผู้เช่าจะต้องออกจากห้องพักภายใน 7 วัน นับแต่วันบอกกล่าว และต้องทำสภาพห้องให้อยู่ในสภาพปกติด้วย
