โซนที่ 3 คือ ม่วนซื่นนครพนม ที่โซนนี้จะมีภาพที่เล่าเรื่องราวความหลากหลายของศิลปวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงวิถีการใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันระหว่างคนไทย ลาว และเวียดนาม
