21.00 น. - พักผ่อนที่โรงแรมวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาขอนแก่น

07.30 น. คณะวิทยากรจากต่างประเทศรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาขอนแก่น
- คณะครูและบุคลากรวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษารับวิทยากรที่วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาขอนแก่น และร่วมรับประทานอาหารเช้า
08.30 น. - วิทยากรและคณะออกจากวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาขอนแก่น สู่วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษามหาสารคาม
08.30-09.00 น. ลงทะเบียนผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม
09.00-09.30 น. นำเสนอข้อมูล
09.30-10.00 น. ผู้อำนวยการ สุคนธ์ นาเมืองรักษ์ กล่าวต้อนรับคณะวิทยากรและผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม

13.00-14.00 น. เยี่ยมชมวิทยาลัยเทคนิคมหาสารคาม
- เยี่ยมชมสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3
14.00-15.00 น. เยี่ยมชมวิทยาลัยการอาชีพร้อยเอ็ด

16.00-17.00 น. ร่วมรับฟังกรอบความร่วมมือและทำ Action plan ของวิทยาลัยที่เข้าร่วมประชุม
17.30 - 21.00 น. ร่วมรับประทานอาหารคำ่ สังสรรค์ฉันพี่น้องแบบวัฒนธรรมอีสาน อาหารพื้นบ้านแบบกันเอง ร้องรำทำเพลงตามอัธยาศัย
21.00 น. พักผ่อนที่โรงแรมตักสิลา

08.30 น. ออกเดินทางจากจังหวัดมหาสารคามไปเยี่ยมชมวิทยาลัยการอาชีพขอนแก่น อำเภอชนบท จังหวัดขอนแก่น
- แวะชมสินค้าพื้นบ้าน ผ้าไหมไทย อันเลื่องชื่อในอำเภอชนบท
12.00 น. รับประทานอาหารกลางวัน
13.00 น. เดินทางกลับสู่กรุงเทพมหานครโดยสวัสดิภาพ
