บัดนี้ ผู้กู้ตกลงทำบันทึกข้อตกลงต่อท้ายสัญญากู้ยืมเงินฉบับนี้ ให้ไว้แก่ธนาคารเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข เพิ่มเติม ข้อตกลง และ/หรือ เงื่อนไขเรื่อง การผ่อนชำระ ตามข้อ 1.4.1 ในสัญญากู้ยืมเงินเดิม โดยให้ยกเลิกข้อความเดิมและให้ใช้เงื่อนไขและ/หรือข้อตกลงใหม่แทนดังนี้
