Personal Perspective1) I need to be "Senior Sales Engineer level" and up base salary by January 2016 .According to: - I have strongly contribution for DF PD or IADT business to 4 years . - Outstanding for LD target achievement Up to 80 – 90%. (2 years) - Contribution with BD team for push new products to the market. - During work with SIEMENS I handle sales target and responsible like Senior sales person. - Professional for LD , AS and PIA configuration tools and able training team for use them . - Professional for order management and control the deliver on time. - Handle high target and out put better than some "senior sales level". (some senior sales handle just only 15-20 MTHB/ year a while I am responsible for more than 40-45 MTHB per year
