Subject: New release of the Valeo Supplier Quality Manual

Dear Supplier:

Valeo is committed to achieve 0 PPB and we require from our suppliers to share the same commitment.

This commitment is key for Customer satisfaction and therefore to select and progress together with our suppliers.

We have detailed in the Valeo Supplier Quality Manual the steps and tasks that our suppliers will have to accomplish in addition to their own quality rules and policy.

The main changes of this new release are described in first page to identify them easily.

The updates put this standard in line with Valeo Supplier Quality Assurance strategy as well as ISO/TS 16949 and carmakers requirements.

Full compliance with the Valeo Supplier Quality Manual is mandatory in order to develop and produce build-in quality components.

The latest revision level of the Supplier Quality Manual version 11 has been released in the SRM portal, available in the Reference Documents section and it is applicable as from Today.
