จากการตรวจสอบพบว่า น้ำยา Hard coat ย้อย (หนา) เนื่องจากระยะหัวพ่น Robot ที่ใช้ในการพ่นน้ำยาอยู่ใกล้กับชิ้นงาน ทำให้น้ำยาย้อยและเมื่อนำเข้า OVEN ทำให้น้ำยาไม่แห้งในอุณหภุมิที่กำหนด เมื่อเข้าสู่กระบวนการ Evaporation ทำให้ Al ไม่เคลือบติดกับชิ้นงาน
