I have booked and paid for a corner room at your Bann Pantai Resort Cha am with breakfast on the AirasiaGo website (#14303195208)

Arriving 9th August 2015 for 6 nights. In the name of Sandra Nesbitt for 2 adults.

I assume they are associated with Expedia who have just sent me an email to say there is a problem with our booking.

Expedia are using a different booking number though..they say ID 548652783 ?

I do not understand the email from Expedia I don't think it has translated to English very clearly.

Can you let us know what the problem is with our hotel booking?
