การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการระดมทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านสมประสงค์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 4 ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. ด้านบุคลากร 2. ด้านงบประมาณ 3. ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ 4. ด้านการจัดการ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือข้าราชการครู จำนวน 11 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 116 คน ของโรงเรียนบ้านสมประสงค์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 4 จำนวน 127 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป
